1. Return Policy

  • Manufacturing Defects: Replacement is applicable within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Fake or Incorrect Product: If the product is fake or different from the website description, you must notify within 24 hours.
  • Damaged or Used Product: You must report the issue in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery or provide an unboxing video with the package.
  • Change of Mind / Wrong Order: The product must be unused and sealed, and you must notify within 24 hours.
  • Offer / Discount / Flash Deal Items: Cancellation, exchange, or replacement policy is not applicable.

Note:

  • Products in poor condition, scratched, or dirty items are not eligible for return.
  • Software or app-related issues are not covered under this policy.
  • Opened (unsealed) products are not eligible for return.
  • If an order is canceled after dispatch, delivery charges must be paid.

2. Refund Policy

  • If a replacement cannot be provided or the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 7–15 working days.

Based on payment method:

  • Card Payment: 7–10 working days via bank
  • Mobile Banking (bKash/Rocket): Within 7–10 working days
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Pre-order items are non-refundable.

3. Warranty Policy

Brand Warranty

  • Inform us within the warranty period.
  • Contact with the brand or seller is made within 10–15 working days.

Replacement Warranty

  • Applicable only for manufacturing defects.
  • One replacement during the entire warranty period.
  • Scratched or dented products are not eligible.
  • Replacement or repair may take 3–6 weeks.
  • If repair is not possible, a new product will be provided.

Pikocart Warranty

  • Manufacturing defects must be reported within 3 days.
  • One replacement during the entire warranty period.
  • Warranty starts from the date you receive the product.

Note:

  • Warranty details will be mentioned in the product description.
  • Brand warranty is applicable only when serviced by authorized distributors.

4. Shipping Cost

  • Customers must bear the shipping cost for return/repair/replacement.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

5. Return/Refund Request (How to Submit)

  • You must provide your ORDER ID, email, or phone number.
  • Contact via email or direct phone call.
  • Providing an unboxing video with the package is mandatory.
  • Requests may be canceled in case of misconduct or insufficient information.
  • Processing usually takes 7–10 working days.

6. Warning

  • We do not accept orders from customers under 18 years of age.
